overview
The P53 product group of the MEMS process is divided into three types: absolute pressure and closed gauge pressure.
Product output specifications are divided into voltage type and current type pressure sensors.
The guaranteed accuracy at normal temperature is +/-1.0%, if considering the characteristics of temperature (-20°C to 85°C), the accuracy is +/- 1.5%.
High pressure refers to gauge pressure above 100bar

Using corrosion-resistant 304L and 316L stainless steel, it can be applied to the measurement of gases and fluids: such as engine oil, diesel oil, fluid, brake fluid, water, waste water, hydrogen, nitrogen and air.
